Senior Management

Sierra Bravo is blessed with a leadership team whose professional path has closely followed their personal interests to the point that their career aligns perfectly with their hobby. Founders Luke Bucklin, Michael Derheim and Michael Schmidt are pioneers in web application development for Multivalue systems with hundreds of successfully completed web site integration projects on Windows and Unix environments over the past several years.

On both a personal and professional level, our leadership team sets a cool and collaborative tone for our company as the type of people who get a sincere kick out of helping growing businesses work smarter.

Luke Bucklin, President

Luke Bucklin has been involved in the MultiValue community since 1989, when he began developing software for manufacturing companies. In 1997 he formed Verity Data Corporation which was sold to Infinetivity in 1999. Most recently he has been Sales Director for Zumasys, a leading MultiValue systems and technology provider based in Lake Forest, CA.

Michael Derheim, Vice President of Operations

Michael Derheim has an extensive background in Internet technology and has been developing interactive web sites in MultiValue environments for Infinetivity since 1997. Michael Derheim, a certified Oracle DBA, is an expert in MultiValue database applications as well as many other mainstream databases and programming environments.

Michael Schmidt, Vice President of Software Development

Michael Schmidt has been developing database-driven web applications in a variety of software environments, including Pick BASIC, Java, Oracle, Active Server Pages and PHP. Schmidt is also a certified Oracle DBA and has most recently been a Project Manager for Pixius Communications.
