Capture signatures from POS terminals, mobile devices, or even hardcopy forms, and store image data and a transaction/document ID in a searchable database. Bravo Capture’s web-interface lets you search records and the application program interface (API) integrates signature search and display into other business systems.

Point of Sale Terminal

When the customer signs, the digital image and associated data are communicated to the Bravo Capture Server and stored in the database. Easily add interaction between your business system and the signature pad to display transaction data.

Mobile Devices

Bravo Capture goes everywhere your mobile business goes. Warehouse staff can submit signatures on the fly. Drivers can capture signatures on their delivery route. Low cost Windows Mobile® devices reduce your burden of filing and fulfilling paperwork for delivery, shipping and receiving.

Web Access

A simple interface lets you search for signature images based on date, device, or document ID. Or, customize your Capture Server to collect and search additional transaction data. Pull up a single image and view associated data right in your browser, or select a group of images and produce a PDF detailing multiple images.

Document Scanning

Manually-scanned documents go directly into your database, allowing you to further realize the benefits of having a single searchable source of signature records without having to overhaul all your business systems.

API Access and Extensibility

Bravo Capture’s powerful API allows integration of your signature image database into your existing business systems. Using Bravo Capture Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), you could provide reprints of orders, invoices, and receiving documents with proof of signature automatically included.

Licensing and Hardware

Bravo Capture is priced at $3995 with five device licenses. Each additional device license is $90, including the first year of maintenance and support. The approved signature pad device is the Symbol PD8705 ($750/unit).
