Bravo Forms gives businesses attractive, formatted forms without the expense and hassle of pre-printed stock. At the same time, Bravo Forms creates and maintains a complete archive of each form you print. The flexible form printer definition process allows you to easily define a complex set of processing rules and behaviors and apply them to each job sent to that form printer.

Process Overview

Each print job is output to predefined virtual network printers running on the Bravo Forms server using your existing software. The text-based output from the original print job is overlaid on a PDF or image-based template. Optionally, generated content based on parsed information (like a barcode) can be added. The final PDF output file is created and acted upon based on the definition of the virtual form printer. Actions may include printing the file to one or more physical printers, faxing the document to one or more numbers, emailing the file, and saving the PDF file in a network share on the Bravo Forms server for archival purposes.
