Performs sudden shutdown of AP/DOS.

Description

enables the '<alt>+' key sequence to force a sudden, somewhat disorderly shutdown of AP/DOS, bypassing the normal shutdown.

Real memory is flushed to disk, but overflow frames may be lost, resulting in data corruption or Group Format Errors.
