Outputs a specific number of blank lines.
Syntax
.sk{ip} {number.lines}
Description
outputs a specific number of blank lines on a page, taking into account any previously specified '.spacing' commands.
If 'number.lines' is omitted, 'number.lines' defaults to one ('1').
