Base fid of the file system.

Description

refers to the 'first' frame where data is stored on on the disk.

The Pick Filesystem begins at fid 1. The following frames contain system information, the lock tables, the Pick Boot ABS, and pib process control blocks.
The sysbase is the address of the system dictionary, or MDS.
The 'what' command outputs the sysbase fid.
