Verb: Access/TCL, Releases: AP/DOS and AP/Unix

Invokes DOS shell.

Description

creates a temporary DOS shell and either executes the given command, or remains in DOS until the 'exit' command (or <ctrl>+d) is issued, at which time control returns to the Pick environment.
