tcl.bootstrap

Reloads O/S from an operational system.

Description

reloads the Pick Operating System software from a currently executing system and then invokes the 'coldstart' procedure.

This invokes a program which first kills all the Spooler jobs, then invokes the ':bootstrap' verb.
