Builds pitch table.
Syntax
pitch-table fonts,desc {item-id} {(options}
Description
builds a pitch table for a font file in the 'dm,fonts,descr' file.
The item generated is followed by the extension, '.pitch'.
Options
? Provides brief on-line usage information.
c Writes width in decipoints.
o Overwrites existing item(s).
s Suppresses crt output.
t Writes width in dots. (default).
w Displays as it happens.
x Writes width in hex scaled decipoints.
y Displays statistics when done with item.
