tcl.pverify

Verb: Access/TCL, Releases: AP and R83

Verifies Pick/BASIC object code.

Syntax

pverify file.reference {itemlist*} {(options}

Description

verifies the checksum for the object code of a Pick/BASIC program.
Each time a program is compiled, a checksum is generated and stored with the object code. 'pverify' recalculates the checksum, then verifies it against the stored checksum.

Options

e Suppresses the message [429] program object verifies.

p Directs output to the Spooler.
