User Exit/PROC, Releases: R83 3.1, R83 3.0, and R83 2.2

Changes date from DD/MM to MM/DD.

Description

swaps the first two values of the date.

This allows for conversions of 'European' date displays to 'American' date displays, or vice-versa.
